Experiment tracking
The recording of what was run, with which data, code, parameters and result, so that a past experiment can be identified and reproduced.
Why it matters
The nearest thing most institutions already have to model provenance, and almost none treat it as a governance record. An artifact lineage that says which dataset version and which code commit produced which weights is precisely what a provenance representation would need to cite. The tooling is already deployed; the classification is missing.
Relationships
Typed edges into the rest of the ontology. These are what make the canon traversable rather than merely readable.
